1: Equipment Overview
This equipment is specially designed for the assembly, pressing, and fastening of leaf springs, axles, and U-bolts.  This equipment uses hydraulic oil as the medium to complete the predetermined work.
At present, the tightening of U-bolts is generally done using air cannons. Due to the arched state of the plate spring when tightening the bolts, the bolts cannot be tightened to the desired degree due to stress reasons;  After the new car is loaded with goods at the factory, the leaf spring is in a nearly flat state due to the weight of the goods. At this time, the U-bolt will be in a relaxed or nearly relaxed state due to the change in the bearing capacity of the leaf spring;  The customer needs to tighten it again in a timely manner.  If not tightened in time, due to various bumps and vibrations during vehicle operation  .. Will cause loosening of bolts, pull rods, and displacement of leaf springs  ... leading to the occurrence of fetal eating and unsafe factors  ..
The working principle and process of this equipment are as follows: lift the leaf spring to the leaf spring seat (movable and positionable), lift the axle to the appropriate position of the leaf spring, insert the U-bolt into the leaf spring fixing plate with wire, press the leaf spring to a nearly flat state through the equipment's pressing device, pull the bolt tightening machine to the appropriate position, tighten the bolt, and complete the work.
2: Equipment composition and detail processing
The equipment consists of several parts, including the main frame, positioning block, hydraulic system, bolt tightening system, electrical control system, etc.
To accommodate leaf spring sizes of different widths, two sets of leaf spring bases are equipped;  The width of the left and right spacing of the leaf spring base can be adjusted.
To improve work efficiency, a reference positioning block is installed in the forward direction of the vehicle axle for longitudinal positioning;
