This equipment adopts hydraulic power and PLC control mode, utilizing high-precision feeding of servo motors, combined with logic program control of opening angle, stamping, shearing, greatly improving the original cutting accuracy, avoiding problems such as splashing and high dust, and can achieve robot teaching welding, further realizing the automation level of trailer door frame technology.

Brief overview of production process:
This equipment can support non-standard customized lengths. The feeding platform can be extended according to your company's fixed length square tube. The square tube is locked by a cylinder clamping device and pushed forward from back to front by guide wheels. During the production process, workers can place raw materials according to the type and data of different vehicle door frames. Enter the corresponding number and length of each segment on the touch screen
It can achieve 1-4 pieces of equivalent data with different sizes of opening angles and cutting. Accurately calculate the stamping and opening angle data for each section, and discharge the finished product. It can be precise to a diagonal error of about 1mm. The machine head does not include an internal mold, making it easy to punch and replace precision that other manufacturers cannot achieve.
